BOOKS, BAGS SCARVES AND JEWELRY ARE ALL TO BE FOUND AT THE ANNUAL PAWC BOOK SALE, MARCH 18th THROUGH 20th!

The time has come for the Annual PAWC Book, Bag, Scarf and Jewelry Sale! Barbara Link and Sammy Ulbrick have been working all year to ensure that this event will be the best of its kind in Sarasota. In addition to the mountains of books they have collected, all kinds of bags will be available. Vintage, evening, tote and even golf bags will be plentiful. A large assortment of jewelry and scarves will also help you tie your look together. Make a fashion statement, save money and help your community all at the same time.

This is also your opportunity to fight clutter for a good cause. Channel your inner Marie Kondo and look for items to donate. Book donations, as well as gently used scarves, handbags, golf bags and even jewelry, will be very welcome. Please bring your donations to the front door of the Palm Aire Country Club at 9 AM on Wednesday, March 18th or contact blink22542@gmail.com for alternate arrangements.

Hours of the sale are Wednesday, March 18th at 12–8 PM, Thursday, March 10th- 10AM-3 PM and Friday, March 20th - 10AM to 3PM. Remember, the sale is open to the public and not limited to Palm Aire Country Club members.

A special entertainment has been planned for the March 20th luncheon. You can browse, shop and dine, secure in the knowledge that all proceeds will go to the improvement of your community. Don’t miss this special performance. Mail your luncheon reservation checks for $27.00 to the PAWC, P O Box 21051, Bradenton FL 34204. Please contact Judi Bouchard@ myfairpoint.net to confirm your reservation.

At the January meeting, renown photographer, Jack Winberg conducted a captivating virtual tour of Angkor Wat, a magical destination few have visited. Jack, an experienced photographer and lecturer, brought the ancient Cambodian UNESCO World Heritage site to his audience using high-definition photos and panoramas. PAWC members discovered the mysterious secrets of the ancient site and explored it as if they were there themselves.

Remember, the PAWC usually meets on the second Friday of the month at 11 AM (registration at 10:45) from October to May. Membership is open year-round and is not limited to Palm Aire Country Club members. For information, contact membership chair, Cecelia Massey. Dues are now $40 yearly.
