CARDS AND MAHJONG TAKE CENTER STAGE AT THE PAWC VETERANS DAY CARD AND GAME PARTY, NOVEMBER 11.

The first ever 'Dazzle and Dance Extravaganza' has been scheduled for Friday, November 18!

The Fun and Fabulous event everyone has been waiting for, THE ANNUAL CARD, AND GAME PARTY has been scheduled for Veterans Day, November 11. The PAWC will take over The Palm Aire Championship Room in hopes of discovering a few new champions of its own. Poker, Gin, Bridge, Mahjong and even Scrabble are some of the games to be played. Be sure to provide your own game supplies and set up your table or request to join another table. Exhibit your gaming skills and have a good time.
If games are not your forte, the PAWC has you covered. Since turkey will soon be on almost everyone’s menu, this month’s speakers will feature easy decorating ideas for Thanksgiving. Because this luncheon is a special event, tickets are $28.00. Specify your game and co-players, if applicable. November 18 is the date for the highly anticipated Dazzle and Dance Extravaganza. The dance starts at 6 and continues to 10PM. You can dazzle all with your favorite dance moves, as well as practice what you learned at the 'Dancing with the Sarasota Stars' luncheon. $50.00 per person includes a gourmet buffet dinner with choices of Southern Fried Chicken, Grilled Salmon stop Sambuca Creamed Spinach and Roast Pork Loin with Brandied Apples. Everyone is invited. Come alone or bring a guest, since men will be encouraged to join in the fun on the dance floor. A good time is guaranteed for all. 'An Affair of the Heart', the annual PAWC Fashion Show will take place on February 10. The event will be chaired by Lynne Harrison and Barbara Venero. Panache, Darci Jacob’s top Sarasota Boutique, will showcase dazzling and fabulous fashions.
